Make and age of spa. The part number from the part you are trying to replace. Jets usually have a part number stamped on the exterior of the jet.
Horsepower, voltage (120 or 240), amp rating, frame size, or model # of existing pump, port size (OD). Most of this information is on the label of the existing pump.
Pump or heater warranty
Age of the equipment and order number. Water chemistry levels and age of filters
Problems on behalf of someone else
Actual customer number, account or order number
General spa operation
Make of spa
