Our busy technical staff wants to be able to answer your questions; whether it is what part to order or what’s the matter with my hot tub?

In order to help you most effectively and to allow us to assist the most number of customers, when you call please have the following information available;

 If you are calling about:  Please have the following information:
  • An order you received from us
  • Order number
  • A replacement part you want to order
  • Make and age of spa. The part number from the part you are trying to replace. Jets usually have a part number stamped on the exterior of the jet.
  • Pump replacements
  • Horsepower, voltage (120 or 240), amp rating, frame size, or model # of existing pump, port size (OD). Most of this information is on the label of the existing pump.
  • Pump or heater warranty
  • Age of the equipment and order number. Water chemistry levels and age of filters
  • Problems on behalf of someone else
  • Actual customer number, account or order number
  • General spa operation
  • Make of spa

It will allow us to help you more effectively if you have internet access when calling so we can refer you to pertinent information or send you information. If you are troubleshooting a problem, access to the tub will help our technicians.
